The following is a list of the terms and conditions as laid forth by wppsd, Any behavior that does not comply with them breaches copyright laws and could lead to legal action. We do have the right to cancel any license that has been obtained inadvertently or illegally. You agree to the following terms (Agreement) by purchasing or downloading any of the wppsd products (Addons, Plugins, or Modules):
We are the products’ owners and copyright holders. Without first getting approval from us, you are not allowed to utilize any of our code in your goods, services, or anyplace else.
It is forbidden to give, sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend anyone our resources (software and documentation).
You are accountable for the copyright information that remains persistent, such as text and links at the bottom of templates.
We do reserve the right to disclose a select number of our clients to third parties or by default on our website.
You are responsible for any information, business, or financial loss resulting from your use or misuse of our resources. We are not responsible for such damages.
We are not liable for prosecution if any illegal action results from the usage of this program.
If you break any of these rules, it will be considered a breach of the agreement and we reserve the right to terminate your permission to use our goods. We reserve the right to revoke such a license at any time, for any reason.
For the benefit of both ourselves and our customers, we retain the right to alter our terms and conditions at any moment.
You must remove our software or product from all computers where it is currently running in order to cancel a license.
You consent to bear all associated costs for any fines, damages, or legal fees by continuing to use our resources after receiving a formal notice of agreement or license termination.

UPDATE
You will always receive free upgrades whenever we make updates to any of our products.
As one of our clients, you have access to free update downloads. We notify users of these updates using the preferred method of contact, such as email.

It is your obligation to provide us with accurate contact information so we can handle your order and get in touch with you later. Please notify us if any of this information changes so that we can update our records and be ready for any ensuing correspondence.

OUR RIGHTS ARE RESERVED
If a problem arises that is inconsistent with our service or reputation, we reserve the right to refuse customers’ requests for our products and services. If we believe that there are any risks, we reserve the right to reject any orders from clients that do not adhere to our motto or negatively affect our reputation. These orders will be negotiated primarily for problem-solving purposes. We strongly oppose drinking, pornography, abusing children, work related to gambling, and any other illicit activities.
